Payment Methods – These are the options we offer you

We offer you various payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, prepayment (Vorkasse), or instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung). Simply choose the payment method that is optimal for you. Should you, contrary to expectations, not be satisfied with a product and return it in reasonable condition, we will naturally refund your payment to you after the goods have been returned. Below, you can gain an overview of the payment methods we offer. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Payment by Credit Card

With us, you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard and VISA. After conclusion of the contract and before your goods leave our premises, your credit card will be charged. If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account.

Your credit card data is transmitted using the SSL procedure. This high safety standard makes shopping at YippieYo.com by credit card secure.

Additional security when paying by credit card via 3-D Secure. Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code enable you to process credit card transactions on the internet particularly securely via special encryption procedures. If you participate in the 3-D procedure, an additional input field will open, connecting you as the cardholder to your bank. There, you simply enter the password known only to you personally and thereby identify yourself as the rightful cardholder. The process is comparable to entering a PIN at a point-of-sale terminal.

Your advantage is that you do not have to install any software on your computer. Both already registered and not yet registered customers are automatically redirected to your bank’s page during the payment process. To successfully complete the order, please follow the instructions provided here.

Payment via PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. For this, you must generally be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us.

When choosing the PayPal payment method, a new window opens at the end of the ordering process. Here, you can log in to your PayPal account with your access data. The total amount of your order is already pre-filled, so you only have to confirm the payment via PayPal.

Payment via Sofortüberweisung (Instant Bank Transfer)

We also offer instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung). We receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the entire ordering process. You only need your account number, bank code, PIN, and TAN for this. Through the secure payment form of Sofort AG, which is inaccessible to merchants, Sofortüberweisung automatically sets up a transfer in your online banking account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant’s bank account. When choosing the Sofortüberweisung payment method, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank details. In addition, the transfer amount and the purpose of payment are already displayed in the form. You must now select the country where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then you enter the same data as when logging in to online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Immediately afterwards, you will receive confirmation of the transaction. Basically, any internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that Sofortüberweisung is not yet available at a few banks. Delivery and Customer Service

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery of our Crossbuggy is available to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, France (excluding Corsica), Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland), Italy, Liechtenstein, Poland, Sweden, and Spain (excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands). For the German islands, we must charge an island surcharge of 12.00 EUR for shipping. A list of all shipping costs can be found in the next section under “Shipping and Costs.”

If you would like to order from Germany or another EU country, you will automatically be directed to our EU Shop and prices will be calculated in Euros. If you live in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, please use our CHF Shop; billing is in Swiss Francs here. In Great Britain, please use our UK Shop; billing is in British Pounds. If you want to order from a country not listed here, please call us directly or send us an email to service@yippieyo.com.

If you have ordered your YippieYo Crossbuggy or corresponding accessories in our webshop, shipping will take place directly to your home within the period specified in the webshop. Within Germany, delivery is via DHL through our logistics partner Wiedmann & Winz. For international deliveries, delivery in the respective country may be taken over by another logistics partner.

Shipping and Costs

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of 5.00 EUR per order. For orders over 200 EUR, we deliver free of shipping charges within Germany. For delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we charge 35.00 CHF including customs clearance. Please refer to the following list for the freight prices for individual countries.

Overview of Shipping Costs by Country

  • Germany – 5.00 EUR (we deliver free of shipping charges within Germany for orders over 400 EUR)
  • Austria / Switzerland – 35.00 EUR
  • all other countries – 45.00 EUR

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned normally by post, these costs often amount to well over 40 Euros. You can inquire about the return costs in your country by specifying the package size (100 cm x 75 cm x 35 cm) and weight (approx. 14 kg). Please note the return process information listed below in the event of a return.

We honestly appreciate every email and every call. We are a young company and want to especially foster dialogue with you, our first customers. We can learn a lot from you and thus improve. And rest assured, if there is a problem with our Crossbuggy, we will try everything to find a good solution for you.

… But sometimes things just don’t work out: Returns

So, if all else fails and you already know today that the Crossbuggy will not meet your expectations, we think the fairest thing is for you to simply send it back immediately, and at the latest, within 14 days. This hurts, especially us as a young company, but we never want to leave anyone dissatisfied with our Crossbuggy alone. Therefore, we have made provisions for this case and set up a regulated return process (even if we have hardly ever needed it).

In the case of a return in Germany or the EU, please proceed as follows:

1. Please do not use the Crossbuggy outdoors or in the dirt.
2. Please pack it completely and with all accessories back into our white shipping box.
3. Please inform us in writing (by letter or email) about the withdrawal from the contract (cf. GTC – Withdrawal). Please provide your name, address, order number, and a phone number where we can reach you.
4. Please send the Crossbuggy in its original packaging to our logistics partner Wiedmann & Winz, Industriestr. 5, D-73054 Eislingen.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods (a list of costs by country can be found above). As soon as the Crossbuggy arrives at our facility in its original condition (i.e., undamaged, complete, and clean), you will receive the purchase price back from us. The refund will be made depending on the payment method you chose at the time of purchase. We hope that we can settle the matter bilaterally without hard feelings. Fairness is always paramount for us!

But fairness also means that we can only take back used or dirty Crossbuggies in the event of a warranty claim

No matter what problem arises, we promise you a fair and practical solution proposal. And if it still doesn’t work out, we offer you the return as described. We only expect you to be just as fair. You surely understand that we cannot take back your Crossbuggy without further ado if it is dirty or scratched or shows other signs of use. And we also cannot take responsibility for the whereabouts of your Crossbuggy if you do not send it back to us via GLS to our logistics partner as described. We give our best, but we must reserve the right to withhold the purchase price partially or even completely if we receive the Crossbuggy in a heavily damaged condition (without a warranty case having occurred) or if the shipment can no longer be located. We count on your understanding and your fairness.
