1. Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with YippieYo GmbH & Co. KG, Schießstättstr. 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. By publishing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after submitting the order. A binding contract may also be concluded earlier in the following ways: If you have chosen SEPA Direct Debit, the contract is concluded with the announcement of the debit date (pre-notification). If you have chosen Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer) as the payment method, the contract is concluded with the confirmation of the payment instruction to SOFORT AG.
3. Shipping Costs
In some countries, shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. Further information on shipping costs can be found in the product descriptions.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. For services (e.g., ordering test models), the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (YippieYo GmbH & Co. KG, Schießstättstr. 10, 82319 Starnberg, service@yippieyo.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This must be done by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter or an email). You may, but are not required to, use the provided model withdrawal form. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation for Goods within the EU
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make this reimbursement without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods to our logistics partner, Wiedmann & Winz GmbH, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. For goods that can be sent by parcel or shipment, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by post, the costs for return shipping are EUR 10.00 in Germany, EUR 15.00 in Austria, and are expected to be EUR 50.00 in other countries. Please follow our return procedure. For returns within Germany and Austria, please use the GLS return label enclosed with the goods. Further information on our return procedure can be found here and on the information sheet enclosed with the goods. If the goods show a loss in value, you only have to compensate for this loss in value if it is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality. If you wish to test the Crossbuggy extensively outdoors, we recommend that you first order a test model to avoid signs of use and/or damage
Consequences of Withdrawal for Services within the EU

Goods Exempted from the Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal preferences of the consumer.
5. Payment
We offer the following payment methods in our shop:
Credit Card – Your credit card will be charged as soon as we have accepted your order. Further information on which credit cards we accept can be found under Payment Methods.
PayPal
Pre Payment Vorauszahlung (Advance Payment)
Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer) – We also offer the option of payment by Sofortüberweisung. With this method, we receive the transferred amount immediately, which speeds up the entire ordering process. You only need an account number, bank code, a PIN, and a TAN. Via the secure payment form of Sofort AG, to which the retailer has no access, the automated system sets up an instant transfer in real-time in your online banking account. The amount is immediately transferred directly to the retailer’s bank account. If you select Sofortüberweisung as your payment method, a form will open at the end of the ordering process, which is already pre-filled with our bank details, the amount to be transferred, and the purpose of use. You then have to select the country where your bank account is located and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data you use to log in to online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. The transaction is then confirmed immediately. In principle, anyone who has an online banking account that uses the PIN/TAN procedure can choose Sofortüberweisung as a payment method. Please note that Sofortüberweisung is not yet offered by some banks. 6. Collection
Ordered goods can only be shipped. They cannot be collected from our premises.
7. Packstation (Parcel Lockers)
We do not deliver to Packstations (parcel lockers).
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Transport Damage
Should the goods be delivered with obvious transport damage, please submit a claim to the delivery company as quickly as possible and contact us. Failure to submit a complaint or contact us has no impact on your legal claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier and the transport insurer.
10. Rental of Test Models
Customers in Germany can rent a test model. The maximum rental period is two weeks. Prices, payment conditions, and shipping costs are published on the website under “View and Test.” A deposit of EUR 600 must be paid for the rental. If the test model is not returned within the agreed period, the deposit will be forfeited. The rental model is a used product. The color of the seat covers cannot be freely chosen. The renter is liable for damages resulting from improper use. By the way: By not treating the goods as your own property and refraining from anything that could reduce their value, you avoid having to pay for damages due to improper use. The goods must be returned in the original packaging. The costs for shipping and return are included in the rental price.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions here on this page at any time. For security reasons, your order history is no longer available online.
13. Contract Language
The contract can be concluded in German or English.
14. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the customer and the supplier is the supplier’s headquarters (District Court Schwyz, Switzerland), provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
15. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
